Influential New York City magazine writers and editors received good news about beef recently when Mary K. Young came calling. Young is executive director of Nutrition for NCBA. She says through the beef checkoff, she makes periodic deskside visits to top-tier lifestyle publications to discuss key nutrition issues and consumer trends.
