Fri., Nov. 15 02 -- PLC Addresses Rangeland Concerns
Ranchers representing the Public Lands Council got together in Washington, D.C. this week. They were visiting with their congressional representatives and agencies about rangeland needs from the perspective of people who work it. According to PLC president K.L. Bliss, a rancher from Eastern Montana, one of the most important range needs is a good, consistent way to monitor its condition.
