Interior Secretary Norton to Address Cattlemen Convention Feb. 1

U.S. Interior Secretary Gale Norton will address cattlemen at the Cattle Industry Annual Convention and Trade Show in Nashville on Saturday, Feb. 1. She will speak at the Stakeholders Congress, which begins at 2:15 p.m. in Governors Ballroom A, B and E of the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

The convention, which runs from Jan. 28-Feb. 1, will include the annual meetings of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, the Cattlemen's Beef Board, Cattle-Fax and the American National CattleWomen.

Convention registration is required to hear Norton speak. Two- and four-day packages are available. Registration fees allow attendance at the Trade Show, which features more than 250 exhibitors, as well as daily meetings where policy and marketing issues affecting the cattle industry are discussed.
