As National Cattlemen’s Beef Association CEO Terry Stokes reports, the 2007 Cattle Industry Convention and Trade Show have kicked off in Nashville - beginning with a full day of cattle producer education.

Wednesday afternoon, the cattle industry’s largest trade show opens its four-day run – with a special bonus coming on Saturday.

Thursday’s highlights include market analysis from Cattle-Fax and Beef Industry Issues Forums on topics like natural and organic beef, ethanol’s impact on the cattle industry, and animal ID.
