The 2007 Cattle Industry Annual Convention and Trade Show is set for January 31 through February 3 in Nashville. National Cattlemen’s Beef Association President Mike John says there’s simply no event more valuable or educational for cattlemen to attend.
Cut #1 :12 Outcue: "...an NCBA convention."
John is expecting a near-record turnout in Nashville, and those attending will be tuned into many critical policy debates and beef industry issues.
Cut #2 :24 Outcue: "...demand for our product."
He added that the convention is actually the culmination of a lengthy, grass-roots policy process that begins at the local and state level. And even those members that cannot attend have a voice in policy by virtue of a mail-in ballot.
Cut #3 :29 Outcue: "...decisions for producers."
The industry’s largest trade show will feature over 250 exhibitors, with free admission to the trade show on Saturday, Feb. 3. So there’s something for every cattleman at this event.
Cut #4 :26 Outcue: "...ever find anywhere."
NOTE: Early registration for the Cattle Industry Annual Convention ends Friday, January 5, but on-site registrants are also welcome in Nashville. Visit www.beefusa.org or call 866-BEEFUSA for further information.
