Mon., Oct 21 02 -- Dietitians Get Beef Message
Suggested Lead:
Cattlemen are getting a golden opportunity this week to visit with thousands of dietitians about the great nutrition of beef. At the American Dietetics Association Convention in Philadelphia, the beef checkoff is reaching dietitians with crucial information they need when counseling consumers. According to Mike Vache (VASH-ee), a beef producer from Oklahoma who is working at the Convention, one of the components of the industry’s participation is a booth in the trade show.
