&lt;p&gt;Kendal Frazier is Senior Vice President of Planning, Governance and Leadership Development for the National Cattlemen&amp;rsquo;s Beef Association.&amp;nbsp; He oversees leadership development, meetings and conventions, governance and market research. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kendal previously served as Vice President, Public Opinion and Issues Management, for NCBA.&amp;nbsp; In that position, he managed planning, budgeting, staffing and overall operations for the NCBA Public Opinion and Issues Management Department.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prior to working at NCBA, Kendal was the Vice President of Communications for the National Cattlemen&amp;rsquo;s Association.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kendal was raised on a diversified livestock operation in southern Kansas and has extensive professional experience in agriculture and in the beef industry.&amp;nbsp; His background includes work as a radio and television farm broadcaster at WIBW Radio/TV in Topeka, Kansas.&amp;nbsp; Prior to joining NCA, he served as Communications Director for the Kansas Livestock Association.&amp;nbsp; He has extensive experience in agricultural communications.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He is a graduate of Kansas State University and holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kendal and his wife, Cindy, live in Centennial, Colorado.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
