He is a former director of market analysis for Cattle-Fax.&lt;/p&gt;

He is a member of the North Dakota Beef Commission, a board member and former chairman of the North Dakota Stockmen&amp;rsquo;s Purebred Council, he has also served on several NCBA committees. &lt;/p&gt;

He was NCBA Federation Region V vice president for three years and is a former board member of the U.S. Meat Export Federation.&lt;/p&gt;

He has held leadership positions, as a Federation Region V vice president and as a member of the Federation and NCBA Executive Committees. &lt;/p&gt;

She has served on the Cattlemen&amp;rsquo;s Beef Board and was chairman of the Joint Advertising Committee. Stovall has also chaired committees for the Texas Beef Council, the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and several others.&lt;/p&gt;
