General Information

Housing Assistance

If you have questions, please call the NCBA/Reno Housing Bureau toll-free at (800) 773-5069 (international number is (414) 817-6028.

Special Requests

If ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) special assistance is required, please indicate this on the hotel reservation form. If you have other special requests (i.e. floor locations, or close to elevators) please use the "Special Requests" area on the reservation form. Special Requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Room Deposit
All hotels require a one-night room and tax deposit to hold your reservation (if a credit card is not entered on the on-line reservation form, the reservation will not be processed). If you need to send a check for this deposit, print a copy of the form and make it payable to "NCBA/Reno Housing Bureau" for one night's room rate at your preferred hotel, plus tax. If you use a credit card to guarantee your room, the credit card may not be processed until after January 11 at the discretion of your assigned hotel. Hotel reservations must be received no later than January 11, 2008.

Confirmations

If you made reservations through the NCBA/Reno Housing Bureau you should have received an acknowledgement from the Housing Bureau as to your assigned hotel. You should also expect to receive a confirmation from the hotel (either by email (check your spam folder) or by regular mail.

If you sent a request to the Housing Bureau and never heard back you should call them immediately at 800-773-5069.

Changes

After January 16, contact your assigned hotel directly to make your change.

Cancellations

Your cancellation frees up a room for another attendee, so please cancel your reservation early if you will not be using it! Cancellations received by the NCBA/Reno Housing Bureau after December 27 will be assessed a $25.00 cancellation fee regardless of when the initial room request was received (NCBA receives no part of this fee).

Cancellations after January 16 should be sent directly to your assigned hotel, and you will be charged the entire one-night's room and tax deposit by the hotel. In addition, many hotels charge early departure fees for guests departing earlier than their stated departure date. To avoid this fee, be sure you give your correct departure date when you check-in at your confirmed hotel.

Housing Problems

Please call the NCBA Convention staff at (303) 694-0305 if you have any problems with your housing process.
