For the second year, NCBA is encouraging youth attendance at the convention through youth competitions. Those youth competitions include:

Public Speaking Contest – Thursday, January 28
Team Marketing Contest
– Thursday, January 28
Quiz Bowl – Thursday, January 28
Cattle Judging Contest
– Friday, January 29

All youth ages 9 and up are welcome to compete, see individual contest for age eligibility and rules.

Awards vary by contest, so youth are encouraged to compete in more than one competition.

8:00 am - 11:00 am................... Public Speaking Contest

8:00 am - 11:00 am................... Team Marketing Contest

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm................... Quiz Bowl Contest

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm..................... Awards Presentation

 

Friday - January 29, 2010

9:00 am - 11:30 am................... Cattle Judging Contest

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm....................  Official Judge's Critique

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm..................... Cattle Judging Contest - Awards Presentation
