Registration & General Information

Registration is required to attend the educational programs, business meetings, social events and the NCBA Trade Show.

NCBA has customized the registration process to meet your Convention & Trade Show needs. Registration includes options to attend the full four-day convention, one day only, multiple days of the NCBA Trade Show only, or a single day NCBA Trade Show Only registration.

Full Registrations include all of the Special Events listed above; One Day Registrations include Special Events tickets for the day being attended. Trade Show Only Registrants may purchase tickets only for Trade Show Lunches.

Exhibitor

Each exhibiting company is entitled to 4 complimentary registrations for each 10' x 10' booth space purchased. See Exhibitor Kit for details.

1 Only current members of NCBA, ANCW & CattleFax are eligible for Member rates. 
2 $100 off the Non-Member Full Registration fee will automatically be applied toward a 1-year NCBA membership. Individuals not wanting the membership may opt-out at the time they submit their registration. 

3 Must be able to present valid student ID to receive registration materials/name badge on-site at Convention.

Additional Registration Notes

Children: Children under the age of 12 are not required to register for the convention, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Once on-site at the event, please stop by the Registration area to have a name badge created for them!  

Confirmation: All registrants will be e-mailed a confirmation notice upon the processing of their payment. This confirmation will act as your receipt, as hard copies will not be distributed at the event. If you mailed or faxed a registration form & did not receive a confirmation within 14 days, call NCBA at (303) 694-0305 or e-mail meetings@beef.org. If you have corrections or additions to your registration, you may e-mail meetings@beef.org.

Questions: Although registrations will not be accepted by telephone, we encourage you to call us if you have questions. Contact the NCBA Convention & Meetings Department at (303) 694-0305, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, (Mountain Time) or e-mail meetings@beef.org.

Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds will be issued only for registrations cancelled prior to January 10, 2015. A $50.00 service charge will be assessed on all cancelled registrations. No Refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for failure to attend. No refunds will be issued on-site. Under special circumstances, and only when requested in writing, a credit (excluding the service charge, ticketed and/or meal events), may be issued to be applied toward pre-registration for the 2016 Cattle Industry Convention & NCBA Trade Show. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing & sent to the NCBA Convention & Meetings Department at meetings@beef.org and received no later than February 20, 2016. All credits will be issued following the convention.

Special Requests: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, NCBA will make all reasonable efforts at the Convention to accommodate persons with disabilities. Please call the Convention & Meetings Department at (303) 694-0305 or e-mail meetings@beef.org with your request. Two weeks advance notice of your requests is required.
