Just fill out the registration form found in the Registration Brochure and fax it to NCBA with your VISA, MasterCard or American Express card information. The fax number is (303) 770-7745. Do not mail the original form if you fax it to NCBA. Faxing your form multiple times will result in multiple registration charges to your credit card. NCBA is not responsible for forms sent but not received.

Register By Mail

Complete the registration form found in the Registration Brochure and mail it with your check, money order or credit card payment.

Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from NCBA of your meeting registration within 10-14 days of receipt. We will send mailed confirmations as requested.  Your cancelled check or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. Please check your confirmation carefully. If you do not receive your confirmation within 14 days or have questions, call us at (303) 694-0305 or email us at meetings@beef.org. If you have corrections or additions, you may fax your changes to NCBA at (303) 770-7745.

Registration Policy

You must be registered for the Summer Conference to be admitted to educational programs, business meetings and social events. Children under the age of 12 will not be required to register for the conference, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Substitutions are not allowed. If you cannot attend and someone is attending in your place, they must send in their own registration form and fees. Register by completing the registration form and submitting it, along with your payment to NCBA. NCBA will accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

You are encouraged to register in advance for the conference to take advantage of savings over the on-site registration prices. Registration fees are valid until the pre-registration cut-off date, which is June 25, 2008. Registration forms will not be accepted in the NCBA office after the pre-registration cut-off date. After June 25, please bring your registration information and payment with you to the meeting, and register on-site.  Registration prices will be higher on-site and tickets for events will be sold on a space-available basis.

NCBA is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed or for whom space is not available at the meeting (or if the meeting or any event should be cancelled). Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be issued for registrations cancelled prior to the pre-registration deadline of June 25, 2008.  A $35.00 service charge will be assessed on all cancelled registrations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for failure to attend. All cancellation requests must be made in writing, accompanied by your confirmation letter and sent to the NCBA Convention and Meetings Department by the June 25 deadline.  No refunds will be issued on-site.  Substitutions are not allowed. If someone is attending in your place, they must send in their own registration form.

Under special circumstances and only when requested in writing, a credit (excluding the service charge, ticketed and/or meal events), may be issued to be applied toward pre-registration for the 2009 Summer Conference.  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, accompanied by your confirmation form, sent to the NCBA Convention and Meetings Department and received no later than August 15, 2008.  All refunds and credits will be issued following the convention.

Waiver of Liability

NCBA is not responsible for lost or damaged articles, accidents, and any mishap due to alcohol or drug abuse, disasters, government regulation or advisory, high altitude sickness, death, injury, illness, fire, disruption, delays, modifications or cancellations caused by weather condition, or any mechanical or electrical difficulties, strikes, lockouts, acts of or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, acts of God and other events beyond the control of NCBA. NCBA will make every effort to conduct the program as described; however, NCBA reserves the right to make adjustments to the programs without affecting their overall quality.
