Airline Discounts
Global Travel is the official travel agency for NCBA and United Airlines is the official carrier offering discounted rates to Phoenix. Take advantage of up to a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares! Discounted fares available up to 3 days before and 3 days after the convention dates. If you purchase your ticket a minimum of 30 days prior to travel, ask about an additional 5% discount off the already discounted fare! These airline discounts are available through Global Travel, directly with United Airlines, or through your own travel agency!

· Call United Airlines at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Code: 530ZX. Reservation Center hours are from 8:00 am-10:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am-8:00 pm Saturday and Sunday (Eastern Time);
· Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com, enter your origin and destination, travel dates and click on more search options and enter the promotion code 530ZX (case sensitive, use capital letters), available flights will then be displayed. There are no fees for booking online.

Rental Car Information
AVIS RENT-A-CAR is our official car rental company offering discounted rates available one week before and after the convention dates and FREE UNLIMITED MILEAGE. Airport Ground Transportation
Special rate of $20.00 round trip or $12.00 one way between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and your hotel. You can make your shuttle reservation online by clicking below or make a reservation in person at the airport with the SuperShuttle representative. To receive our discounted rate, please use group code: PE7XM. Upon arrival at the airport, collect your luggage and go to the outer island marked “Van Service,” where you will be greeted by a uniformed guest service representative.

Taxicabs
Taxicabs are also available for the short ride from the airport to your hotel. From point to point, taxi fares range from $15.00-$20.00 per cab for up to four passengers. If you need a taxi, try one of the following companies:

Light Rail
Light rail operates along a set pathway on steel rails. Light rail trains will operate approximately 20 hours per day, seven days a week. Train-arrival times are expected to arrive at stations every 10 minutes during daytime hours and every 20 minutes during nighttime hours, weekends and holidays. The METRO is set to open in December 2008 with connections in Downtown Phoenix and to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
