Airline Discounts
Global Travel is the official travel agency for NCBA and United Airlines is the official carrier offering discounted fares to Denver. Take advantage of up to a 5% discount off published roundtrip fares! Discounted fares are available up to 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates. If you purchase your ticket a minimum of 30 days prior to travel, ask about an additional 5% discount off the already discounted fare!
These airline discounts are available through Global Travel, directly with United Airlines, or through your own travel agency!

§ Call United Airlines at (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Code: 530ZX. Reservation Center hours are from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Saturday and Sunday (Eastern Time).
§ Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com, enter your origin and destination, travel dates and click on more search options and enter the promotion code 530ZX (case sensitive, use capital letters), available flights will then be displayed. There are no fees for booking online.

Once you have arrived in Denver, an A+ Airport Shuttle staff person will greet you in the main terminal near the fountain. They will direct you to retrieve your luggage and to the proper shuttle loading area on Island 3 of the East or West side of the terminal, depending on you airline.
