Airline Discounts

Global Travel is the official travel agency for NCBA and United Airlines is the official carrier offering discounted fares to Denver. Take advantage of up to a 10% discount off published roundtrip fares! Discounted fares are available up to 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates. If you purchase your ticket a minimum of 30 days prior to travel, ask about an additional 5% discount off the already discounted fare!

 

These airline discounts are available through Global Travel, directly with United Airlines, or through your own travel agency!

§         Call United Airlines at (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Code: 530ZX. Reservation Center hours are from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Saturday and Sunday (Eastern Time);

Car Rental

ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR is the official car rental company for the 2008 Summer Conference. Discounted rates will be extended to anyone attending the conference. Rates are available one week before and after the conference dates and include free unlimited mileage. Call Enterprise at1-800-736-8222 and mention the Enterprise Corporate Discount Number 12BDD40 and PIN code (NAT) or make your reservation online by clicking below.

Ground Transportation

Big Sky Shuttle has provided NCBA with a special rate for $24.00 round trip or $18.00 one way between Denver International Airport and the Sheraton Denver Hotel. You can make your shuttle reservation or print a discount coupon online by clicking below or make a reservation in person at the Big Sky Shuttle counter. To receive our discounted rate, please use group code: BEEF. The Big Sky Shuttle counter is located on the baggage claim level/level 5 at Denver International Airport and can be found in the middle of the terminal under the Ground Transportation signs. Counter service agents will issue tickets and direct you to the proper shuttle loading area on Island 3 of the East or West side of the terminal, depending on your airline.

There may be other shuttle services available when you arrive at DIA. Yellow Top Cab is a flat rate of $46.25 each way for service to and from the airport and the Sheraton Denver Hotel.
