Food Safety & Nutrition

America’s cattle producers are committed to producing the safest and most nutritious beef in the world.  NCBA members are family farmers who produce beef served on tables around the world and to our own families.

For example, the U.S. was the first country without Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) to test cattle for the disease and to implement a feed ban.

When it comes to ever-important nutrition policy, NCBA continues to actively promote the nutrition of beef and its important role in a healthy diet.
