LMC shall earn voting seats on the NCBA Policy Division Board of Directors based on the collective dues sent to NCBA. The LMC earns board representation based on the following formula:

• First Board and Committee seat: $10,000
• Additional Board and Committee seats are earned in $35,000 increments

NCBA Policy Division Committees
The LMC collectively determines which individual will represent them on the board and the NCBA Policy Division Committees.

NCBA Executive Committee
The LMC has the opportunity to select one member to serve ex-officio on the NCBA Executive Committee.
