Nancy has had over 25 years of experience in the area of Human Resources. She has worked in HR at Charles Schwab, Sprint and Oppenheimer Asset Management and GEICO. Nancy’s HR experience focuses on management training, benefits administration, employee relations, staffing, coaching and employment law.

Nancy grew up in eastern Colorado, graduated from Adams State College and Colorado State University with degrees in English education and psychology. Prior to her business experience, she taught English and psychology in high school.
