  • Regulations based on anything other than sound science, including EPA’s Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load rule and Florida's Numeric Nutrient Criteria rule and efforts to regulate dust, greenhouse gases and ammonia.
  • Regulations that hinder access to public lands.
