NCBA members converge on Capitol Hill today

The NCBA Spring Legislative Conference concludes today in Washington, D.C., with state delegations of cattlemen visiting with their Congressional representatives on Capitol Hill.
NCBA Policy Division Chairman Bill Donald, a rancher from Melville, Mont., says that while NCBA represents cattle producers in Washington every day, these personal visits from constituents are critical to effectively communicating cattlemen's views to members of Congress.
