Suggested Lead:

Agriculture will near the top of the agenda when the WTO holds its fifth Minesterial Meeting in Cancun, Mexico this week.  Gregg Doud, chief economist for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, thinks there’s progress to be made.

Cut #1    :26       Outcue: "...talk about export subsidies."

Doud says this meeting is not about specifics.

Cut #2    :22       Outcue: "...other are going to be."

Doud says that no one outside of the government will be allowed in the meetings, but that doesn’t mean input won’t be available.

Cut #3    :16       Outcue: "...sit in on those briefings."

According to Doud, daily briefings for people outside the inner circle will also be available.

Cut #4    :17       Outcue: "...certainly provide input."

The WTO Meeting starts Wednesday and runs through Sunday.
