McAdams, who is a beef producer from Adkins, Texas, says beef producer members and NCBA directors this summer requested the NCBA to move in this direction.

McAdams says as a U.S. beef producer he wants what’s best for this country’s cattlemen.

Among the problems identified with the current law is the exception of poultry, as well as all foodservice, processed and frozen beef items.
