The cattle market can be a complex puzzle, with lots of pieces that play a key role in how well things turn out.  So says Randy Blach (Block), executive vice president of Cattle-Fax, who believes no one factor is responsible for all segments of the industry being profitable recently.

Cut #1    :21       Outcue: "...a very dynamic market."

According to Blach, demand has played a very large role for some time.

Cut #2    :29       Outcue: "...its been record large."

Blach says things that have done good things for consumers have also done good things for the industry.

Cut #3    :42       Outcue: "...impact on beef demand."

According to Blach, the immediate future for cattle producers looks good, given the solid base established for the industry over the past few years.
