Suggested Lead:

Next week the WTO will hold its fifth Minesterial Meeting in Cancun, Mexico, and it should be an interesting event.  Gregg Doud, chief economist for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, says that for agriculture, it’s just the beginning of a stage.

Cut #1    :15       Outcue: "...make some progress."

According to Doud, the beef industry has some specific interest areas.

Cut #2    :18       Outcue: "...those tariff levels."

Cattle producers also will have their rights addressed.

Cut #3    :12       Outcue: "...producers at a disadvantage."

According to Doud, there will be some new wrinkles in the negotiations.

Cut #4    :19       Outcue: "...ought to look like."

Doud says he is expecting some noise outside the event.

Cut #5    :23       Outcue: "...ought to look like."

The WTO Minesterial Meeting will begin on Wednesday and run through Sunday.
