Exhibitor Move-in:

 Monday, February 4                          2:00pm-5:00pm HEAVY EQUIPMENT ONLY

Tuesday, February 5                                      8:00am-10:00pm

Wednesday, February 6                                7:00am-3:00pm

 

All exhibits must be fully installed by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2008

 

Exhibitor Move-Out:

 

Friday, February 8                             4:00pm-10:00pm

Saturday, February 9             8:00am-12:00pm

 

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 9

 

Social Activities:

 

A variety of social functions will be held in the exhibit hall to maximize traffic and encourage interaction. These will include the Welcome Reception and daily breaks.

 

Hanging Signs: (NEW)

 

Exhibitors will be allowed to use hanging signs in the purchased booth space. All specifications, rule and requirements for hanging signs will be published in the exhibitor service kit.

 

 

Assignment of Space:

 

NCBA reserves the right to rearrange the exhibit floor plan due as needed. NCBA may relocate exhibitors at any time with the understanding that if the exhibitor does not agree with such relocation to the extent that he or she cannot participate, his or her payment will be refunded. NCBA reserved the right to deny application for exhibit space if all or part of the exhibit does not reflect the professional character and/or standards or the meeting.
