How to Reserve Space

  1. Onsite at the 2008 NCBA Trade show

As in past years we will hold space sales meetings by appointment onsite at the 2008 NCBA Trade Show. You will select and directly participate in your space assignment and be able to see the most current plan when it’s your turn to select space.

How it works:

AIC and Gold level members will have the first opportunity to reserve booth space during the Allied Industry Council meeting. This meeting is typically held early on during the week of convention.

Allied Industry Associated and Allied Industry Partners will have the next opportunity to reserve space.

The sales are then opened up to all current exhibitors.

  1. All current exhibitors from the current year have until April 1, 2008 to reserve space.

After April 1st applications received will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
