Airline Discounts 

Event Travel Management, a division of Corporate Travel Management is the official travel agency for NCBA and United Airlines is the official airline carrier offering discounted rates to Denver.  Take advantage of up to a 10% discount off the lowest applicable fares!  Discounted fares are available up to 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates.  These airline discounts are available through ETM, directly with United Airlines, or through your preferred travel agency.

    service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through United Meetings Reservations.  
    This fee is subject to change without notice.
• Purchase your ticket online at  There are no service fees for booking online 
    and you can receive an additional 3% discount off published fares!  Enter your origin, 
    destination and travel dates—then in the Offer Code Box enter both the Z Code and

Ground Transportation

Shuttle Service
Shared-ride service, also known as commuter shuttles, operate regularly from Denver International Airport. Individual operators may provide pre-arranged, on-demand, and/or charter services to locations within the Denver metro area and the state of Colorado. Some companies may also provide service to locations outside the state. Contact the shuttle provider of your choice to arrange transportation service.
Shared-ride service shuttles pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, island 5, outside doors 505-507 (east side) and 510-512 (west side).

Taxicabs are readily available and provide service to the Denver metro area and surrounding counties. Some companies may also provide service to other destinations within the state of Colorado. Check with your taxicab company of choice (or with your driver at the airport) for more information on fares and destinations served.

Flat Rate Charges
The following popular destinations have flat-rate charges (one-way fare, airport access fee already included):
Boulder: $88.57
Downtown Denver: $55.57
Denver Tech Center: $61.57
Broomfield and Louisville Area: $70.57 (Yellow Cab only)

Taxicabs pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5, Island 1, outside Doors 505, 507 and 511 (Terminal East), and Doors 506, 510 and 512 (Terminal West).

Car Rental
Denver International Airport has more than 10 major rental car companies serving Colorado travelers.  Car rental agencies are located on airport property and provide courtesy shuttle service to and from Jeppesen Terminal.  Shuttles pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, Island 4, outside doors 505-513 (east side) and 504-512 (west side).

Car Rental Discounts
Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental are the official car rental companies offering discounted rates up to 10% off, available one week before and after the conference dates with FREE UNLIMITED MILEAGE.  To reserve a car with National, visit and enter XZ12733 into the Contract ID field (under Optional Rate Information).  To reserve a car with Enterprise, visit, enter XZ12733 in the Coupon or Corporate field; when prompted for a PIN, enter NAT.
