Airline Discounts 

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is the official travel agency for NCBA and United Airlines is the official airline carrier offering discounted rates to Denver.  Take advantage of up to a 10% discount off the lowest applicable fares! Discounted fares are available up to 3 days before & 3 days after the conference dates. These airline discounts are available through CTM, directly with United Airlines, or through your preferred travel agency.

• Call Corporate Travel Management toll free at 1-877-627-0043 and refer to the 
    National Cattlemen’s Summer Conference. Reservation Center hours are from 7:30a.m. – 
    5:30p.m., Monday through Friday (Mountain Time). There will be a $29.00 service fee 
    collected, per ticket booked.
• Call United Airlines at 1-800-426.1122 and refer to Z Code: ZQNW and Agreement Code: 
    975071. Reservation center hours are from 7:00a.m. - 9:00p.m., Monday through Friday and 
    from 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.Saturday and Sunday (Central Time). There will be a $25.00 service 
    fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through United Meetings Reservations. This fee is 
    subject to change without notice.
• Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com. There are no fees for booking online & you 
    can receive an additional 3% discount off published fares! Enter your origin & destination and 
    travel dates—then in the Offer Code Box enter both the Z Code and Agreement Code:

Ground Transportation

Commuter shuttles, also known as shared-ride services, operate regularly from the Denver International Airport. Individual operators can provide pre-arranged, on-demand, and/or charter services for locations within the Denver Metro area and other locations within the state of Colorado. Some providers may also provide service to locations outside the state. Please contact a shuttle provider directly for more information on fees and destinations served. 

Commuter shuttles pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, Island 3, outside doors 505-507 (east side) and 510-512 (west side). You can find your shuttle and make reservations by visiting http://www.flydenver.com/commutershuttles

NCBA has arranged for discounted service by SuperShuttle—make your reservation by clicking here, or by calling (800) BLUE-VAN (258-3826) and using group code CISC4. Attendees who book online will save $6.00 off a round-trip fare; those who call will save $4.00 on a round-trip fare.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available and provide service to the Denver metro area and surrounding counties. Some companies may also provide service to other destinations within the state of Colorado. Check with your cab company of choice (or with your driver at the airport) for more information on fares and destinations served.
There is a flat-rate charge for Downtown Denver of $55.15 one-way. Fares to all other locations are based on the taxi’s meter. Car Rental

All Rental car companies at DIA are located on airport property but are away from the main terminal. Each rental company provides a courtesy shuttle to and from Jeppesen Terminal from their locations. All courtesy shuttles pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, Island 4, outside doors 505-513 (east side) and 504-512 (west side). If you are arriving in Denver, please follow the overhead signage for the appropriate pick-up location, or check-in at your company's counter in the center of the Terminal.
