Top Hand Club

Started in 1982, the Top Hand Club is NCBA's "member-recruit-a-member" program which was developed to recognize those NCBA members who continually give their time and effort to help increase the strength of their national organization.

Meet the 2017 Winners 2018 Standings

The Club has grown to include 100 members. To become a Top Hand Club member, current NCBA members recruit 3 new NCBA members. To remain in the club, members recruit 2 new members each subsequent year. The Top Hand Club recruitment year runs October 1 through September 30. Members of the Club receive prizes for their recruitment efforts.

Every Top Hand receives a commemorative Top Hand Club lapel pin, and a Redbook and exclusive Top Hand Club Redbook cover. Other items earned through recruitment include Roper & Stetson boots, a personalized Red Bluff Buckle, airline tickets, convention and Cattlemen's College registration and hotel accommodations. The top 3 Top Hand Club recruiters will be awarded a $1,000, $500, and $250 Cabela's gift card or Roper/Stetson shopping spree, respectively. (Minimum recruitment required). The Top Recruiter for Revenue will also earn $1,000 in gift cards to either Cabela's or Roper and Stetson. The Top Hand Club Grand Prize is a $15,000 credit toward the purchase of Case IH equipment. Any active NCBA member who recruit 5 members before September 30 will be entered into a drawing for the Scout. For every additional recruit you sign up, you'll be entered another time.

Membership is central to our organization, and recruitment efforts by our Top Hand Club members allow NCBA the opportunity to reach out to more producers and bring them together to make the vital decisions that shape the direction of the industry's future. Every day our industry is facing new and more threatening challenges making it more and more important for all producers to work together.
